The OFF Manifesto is a wake-up call for citizens and authorities, which highlights the critical point we are reaching in our relationship with digital technology.
It establishes a series of concrete measures to face this challenge that compromises the future of our species.
The Manifesto has received the support of more than 500 international personalities in areas such as science, culture, business, law, health, education and others.

STICK OFF
Stick OFF is a collaborative campaign that invites us to rethink our relationship with digital technologies.
Through decentralised action, on a global scale, it aims to transfer simple questions to public space about the type of digitisation that is taking place.
Each poster is a spark to ignite the debate about the role we want to attribute to technology in our society.
OFF FEBRUARY
In February 2026, the OFF Movement launched the first edition of OFF February, a social experiment to face the challenge of hyperconnectivity on a global scale.

Madrid hosted the OFF Festival's first edition, bringing together international voices to reflect collectively on how we want to relate to technology.
